I wish to renew it for [12 months], from [date] to [date], with the following modifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>new monthly rent: <strong>$[amount]<\/strong>, i.e. an increase of $[amount] ([__]%);<\/li>\n<li>[other modification: e.g. parking now included at $___ \/ change of the term].<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You have <strong>one month from receipt of this notice<\/strong> to inform me whether you accept the modifications, refuse them, or intend to leave the dwelling.
